Do you know an individual or family that needs help at in the Christmas season? Do you need help during Christmas with food and gifts? We have programs that can help take off some of the stress with gifts and food. Registration starts in November each year. - Santa’s Toy Box– The Christmas season is often a difficult time for many families. FCSS’ Christmas Program ensures that every family can experience and enjoy the holidays. Our generous community members support this program by ensuring that there are adequate toys donated and our volunteers spend many hours assembling and distributing gift packages for families in need.
- Adopt-A-Family – In November each year businesses, families, or members of the community register to adopt-a-family for Christmas. They are then given the details of a family and head out to purchase appropriate gifts for them. The gifts are wrapped and then dropped off at the FCSS office to be distributed to their adopted family.
- Christmas Food Hampers – FCSS wants to ensure that every family or individual can enjoy a delicious Christmas dinner. These hampers contain all the necessary items for a Christmas feast.
Preregistration is in November each year and picked the hampers are picked up the week prior to Christmas Day.
